Fundraising Fair for Ocean
Gilmour Lake Fair - 4th March 2018.
Gilmour Lake, Gilmour street, Waihi.
We are seeking quality stall holders for our FUNdraising FUN Fair:
- Food and Drink stands/carts. (must have a current food-safety certification for inspection.)
- Arts, crafts, etc.
- Goods & Wares
- Children's and family-friendly stands and activities.
- Local talent.
To be held at the lake front of Gilmour Reserve, on Sunday the 4th of March 2018 (which is also 'Children's Day': Costumes, Stilt walkers, Juggling, hooping, dancing, face painting, acrobatics... all entertainers are welcome.
Stall prices are:
- $20 standard stall site (you are to supply your own table)
- $30 for a 'Gazebo'-sized site (you are to supply your own gazebo)
- $50 for a Food truck or Caravan site.
If you have a great day we encourage you to make a generous donation to Ocean's cause.
Sites are limited and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. No sites will be held without the site fee is paid in full.
